There are two $20 rebates. Please check the PDF file carefully.
Haha, the pdf files instruct buyer to use two "original barcodes" which conflicts each other, meaning one package has only one barcode for one $20 rebate .
There are two rebate forms but actually only one rebate can exercise. It means buyer can ONLY get $20 rebate if buyer meets the terms and conditions, such as: reabte mail postmarked within 10 days of the purchase date.
Thank you for your comment, but you are mistaken. If you read the rebate forms carefully, the bonus rebate must be filed with the standard rebate. The two rebates are filed together with one product barcode. I have filed this way and received my rebate.
