After giving information there is no button to submit data.
There is a "FINISH" button located at the bottom of the questionnaire.
The year can not be filled out, so you can not complete the form...
Enter the year as four digits, then press tab. The script will put a comma into your year. Leave it there. This works.
Can't get to the year. The screen takes up my whole screen and I can't get to itemes on the right side. I WANT MY SHANIA...
Strange. It works fine for me. I would suggest trying a different browser.
